Water sports are a speciality on the island.

Corfu Town has retained much if its traditional character amble through its maze of narrow streets taking in the Venetian influenced architecture and Renaissance buildings.

Beaches
The gently shelving beach of Sidari is a firm favourite with families.

Some of the best beaches on the island can be found at Acharavi, Gilfada, Agios, Gordios and Agios Georgios on the west coast, plus Kavos on the south coast.

Head north east to Nissaki, a lovely retreat where small bays can be found along the whole length of the coastline.
